Shipping Process Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
Coosane Creations prides itself on quality control. It creates, designs and hand makes everything to a high standard. If you are not happy with the product you have purchased, please contact us as soon as possible. We have a 30 day Return Policy. We are not responsible or liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

When returning your item. The conditions of returns are should be returned in the original packaging and unused, or the item will not be exchanged or refunded.

Refund Turnaround
Coosane Creations understands a refund for products that you are not happy with is important to you. We will try our best to refund your money as quickly as possible. If a product has been mailed back to us, we will send you a confirmation when it has arrived. Expected time for issuing the refund into your account will take up to 2-3 business days of the product being delivered.
