'Hereford' Art Print
About Artwork: I was out in the field with my cattle on a warm sunny day in Ireland around the month of May. It was just after we'd cut the silage and the cows were leaping around the fields. My gorgeous 'Hereford' came up along side me, with her big mop of hair and her dreamy long lashes and I just new I had to paint her.Working on this artwork, I felt the urge to paint a burst of colours across her coat, beautiful hues of rich olives, ultramarine, phthalo blue and warm yellow ochres. Here she started to evolve. I believe I captured her essence, her personality, the lovely curly mop between on her head and cute fluffy ears. Definitely one of my favourite art pieces painted in the series of 'My Cows'.

The high resolution print is produced on Epson Somerset Velvet archival fine art paper (255 gsm). It is 100% acid free and lightfast for up to 150 years.
Epson Ultrachrome range, archival and acid free. Combining these acid free materials means prints will not bleach if hung in sunlight and they will not discolour with age (such as yellowing around the edges). These prints are giclee and are the highest artistic standard available.
